This was made for a project for a client. The goal was to implement caricatures of real-life employees at companies involved in the project by using interchangeable customized parts and standardized textures (for company logos).
The models here are based on a couple of people involved in the company being pitched to, I sculpted their features and accessories based directly on photographs I was given, with no concept art.
The client was inspired by Funko POP! figures and asked for something similar, ultimately I went for a more rounded vinyl toy style with an original design.
The models were also rigged for use with Mixamo animations, and successfully implemented in Unity3D.
